In industrial forming and machining process, the large plastic deformation of material takes place in wide loading ranges of strain-rate and forming temperature. A satisfactory modelling of quasi-static and dynamic material behaviors is of great importance for understanding physical process and processes optimization. A dependence-based integrated methodology, together with an improved weighted multi-objective parameter identification strategy is presented for the development of phenomenological constitutive model and the parameter identification using experimental data from quasi-static and dynamic tests with instantaneous strain rate variations and plastic strain-related temperature changes. The improved multi-objective parameter identification model is reformulated by introducing three weighting factors for valuing different measure errors and fit standard errors in individual objective function corresponding to each test, considering the sampling point number and active material parameter number under different loading conditions, and balancing optimization opportunity of quasi-static and dynamic sub-objective functions. The methodology is verified for feasibility through illustrative constitutive identification for SiCp/Al composites. This may provide a methodology of constitutive modelling for predicting material behaviors in quasi-static and dynamic modes equally well. 相似文献

Material functionalization of triboelectric nanogenerators (TENG) plays an important role in TENG's electric performance for sustainable energy harvesting. In this work, a method for improving polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) composites triboelectric performance has been proposed, via filling high dielectric constant liquid (instead of solids) into PDMS matrix. The improvement is attributed to the high dielectric constant liquid in PDMS matrix that reduced the effective thickness of PDMS and increased the dielectric constant of PDMS composite synchronously. At 50% filling ratio (PDMS‐HD50), the triboelectric performance exhibits an enhancement of 4.5‐fold in output voltage and 3.9‐fold in output current as compared to pure PDMS. The results, besides higher transparency, are superior to the results from traditional solid dielectric constant doping materials like BaTiO3 nanoparticle in PDMS. This work has proved potentials of dielectric liquid filling materials in fabricating TENGs and could be a guidance for exploring new liquid filling materials. 相似文献

The hydration resistance of CaO materials prepared by Ca(OH)2 calcination with titanium chelating compounds is investigated in this paper. The crystalline phases and microstructure characteristics of sintered specimens were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), define FTIR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The results showed that the hydration resistance of CaO samples was improved significantly, especially for samples with 9 wt% Ti chelating compound. The specimens with Ti chelating compound showed an increase in bulk density and a decrease in apparent porosity after heating when compared to the specimens without additive. The grain surface of CaO grain and the gaps between the CaO grain boundaries were covered with calcium phosphate glass phase, calcium phosphate showed two different shapes: irregular shape and rod shape. The formation and distribution of these two forms were the key factors that affecting the hydration resistance of CaO samples. 相似文献

Low-temperature methanation of CO in the continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) over Zr doped Ni/Al2O3 catalyst calcined at different temperatures (673, 723, and 823 K) was investigated. XRD, TPR, XPS, ICP, SEM, and S-TPR techniques were employed to characterize the fresh and spent catalysts. Based on the characterization results, it was found that low-temperature (673 K) calcination could effectively prohibit the formation of NiAl2O4 spinel, thereby resulting in more reducible NiO particles, which were the essential precursor of methanation active sites over the catalyst surface. Thus, the highest CO conversion of 93.6% was achieved over the 25N3ZA-673 catalyst. In addition, the deactivation rate of 25N3ZA-673 was relatively slow in comparison to 25N3ZA-823 due to the presence of more reducible NiO. The formed nickel carbonyl species (Ni[CO]x), which quickly decomposed at a higher reaction temperature, was closely related to the catalyst deactivation. A core-shell Pt/C@NCL300 catalyst with an accessible layer was designed to recover lost ORR activity and was constructed via a one-step self-assembly process in this paper. A thin porous layer derived from Nafion was first formed on the surface of Pt/C catalyst to create a shell. This first coating successfully separated the Nafion and Pt particles in the catalysts and reducing the negative impact of Nafion on ORR activity and enhancing the fuel cell performance. The newly fabricated Pt/C@NCL300 catalyst exhibited much higher specific activity than the original Pt/C catalyst in RDE tests under the same conditions and were comparable to the activity of Pt/C electrode without Nafion poisoning. Moreover, the fuel cell with Pt/C@NCL300 catalyst exhibited a higher power density without an obvious increase in proton transport and O2 transport resistance compared to that of a Pt/C fuel cell with a low Pt loading. This result indicates that coating the Pt/C catalyst with a layer accessible for oxygen and protons is a promising way to effectively promote Pt-based catalysts that work under normal operating conditions. 相似文献

基于高温高压腐蚀速率和原位电化学测试,并结合分子动力学模拟和第一性原理计算,探讨了钛合金(TC4)管材在高pH值完井液中的腐蚀行为,以及钝化膜的热力学稳定性。结果表明:TC4钛合金在180℃的高pH值磷酸盐完井液中的腐蚀极为严重,其均匀腐蚀速率高达0.4429mm/a;在高pH值磷酸盐完井液中,TC4钛合金的腐蚀为阳极反应过程控制,随着温度的升高,其腐蚀电位、腐蚀产物膜的膜阻和极化电阻显著降低,腐蚀反应的热力学驱动力增大、动力学阻力降低,腐蚀电流密度显著升高;在碱性溶液中,TiO_2钝化膜的钛氧键发生不同程度断裂,并且随着温度升高、碱性增强,TiO_2与溶液的界面结合能逐渐增大,钝化膜的热力学稳定性明显降低;在碱性焦磷酸钾溶液中,TiO_2钝化膜均可与K_2HPO_4、K_3PO_4反应生成疏松多孔的KTiOPO_4腐蚀产物膜,但TiO_2与K_3PO_4反应的热力学倾向更大。 相似文献

Rice straw physicochemical characteristics and anaerobic digestion(AD) performance via ammonia pretreatment at varying ammonia concentrations(2%, 4%, and 6%) and moisture contents(30%, 50%, 70%, and 90%)under a mild condition were investigated. The results showed that the ammonia pretreatment effectively damaged the rice straw structure, increased the soluble organic concentration, and improved rice straw hydrolysis and AD performance. After pretreatment, the ester bond and ether bond were ruptured in lignocellulose and the volatile fatty acids(VFAs) were within the range of 1457.81–1823.67 mg·L~(-1). In addition, ammonia pretreatment had high selectivity on lignin removal, resulting in a maximum lignin removal rate of 50.80%. The highest methane yield of rice straw was 250.34 ml·(g VS)~(-1) at a 4% ammonia concentration coupled with a 70% moisture content, which was 28.55% higher than that of the control. The result showed that ammonia pretreatment of rice straw is technically suitable to enhance AD performance for further application. 相似文献
